I have been terminated before 6months along with few of my collegues . The company has said that they dont have work in our technology thats why they are closing this department. Now somehow I managed to join another company mean while I am trying to get experience letter and remaining salary for last 2months from the previous company.
I always call to hr and she said that CEO is in USA and when he will come back you can talk with him.
Now I need experience letter of 2 years and 6months which I had spent working with the organization.
Please suggest me a proper way to get my experience certificate so that atleast I will get my next job.
Is there a legal notice be sent to the company by all of us employees who had fired at that time????
Please suggest a right way to get my experience letter.

Hello chhajedsonu,
First, pl see this Forum itself--there are many Postings related to your problem.
Next, talk to your new company explaining to them the problem--also check if your Pay Slips with your Appointment Letter/most-recent Review Letter will solve your problem [some companies accept a combination of these docs].
Also, instead of talking over phone, why not go personally to your old company & checkout if what the HR person says reg the CEO is in USA is correct [go without informing]. Sometimes Face-2-Face meetings resolve the matter.
Usually companies which fire people give them all the docs at that time itself--you didn't mention anything of what happened when you were fired.

Dear TS. Very nice advise. Keep it up.
Dear Chhajedsonu, Please submit your previous company's appointment letter and latest pay slip to prove your length of service.
Always tell the truth, explain them that you and your some of other colleagues have been terminated due to redundancy of your stream for which they have not issued any letter to that effect.
Explain to your previous employer about the employee referral whose name you have given and in case of any call from the new company, please do remember about us and explain the correct scenario under which circumstances you have been removed.
There ends your problem.
Why you want to make the small issue into big complication.
With warm regards
