Thank you Bhaskar. Yes Lord Hanuman is a symbol of energy filled with devotion and courage. For this alone Lord Rama would have selected him to find Sita in Lanka. AVS

Mistakes are great learning opportunities and one does learn from it. However, one can not talk about mistakes in isolation - they have consequences! Some body can die - or some one can incur heavy losses. Fires caused by operators not following safety norms, driving mistakes on road etc. etc. are to be avoided. Mistakes will continue to happen - but there has to be mechanisms in place to make sure they are captured in time before the consequence occurs. Nimble (Nimble) does provide training to corporates and make senior management aware about the different ways the mistakes can be minimized through continuous improvements. Any one interested - let me know!

Dear AVS:
Nice. You always give some good food for thought. Incidentally, years back, I had a nice boss who used to alwaays say: "Only those who do not do anything, will not commit any mistakes!".
