In current company grauity is cal as per act ie 4.81% but new recuiter is calculating almost 8% of basic as a grauity & My basic salary has been reduced almost 25k from current one . So is these things are considered good ? Should i accept the offer and what are the points to be kept in mind while accepting offer?
