Please write in bold "Gate Pass" in first line, in Second line mention your Company / factory name, Address details, in third line To Security Officer in Fourth line Kindly permit/allow the following matterial to send outside the premises. Then make the column Sl No. Description Unit of Measurement Quantity Remarks
If it is returnable in remarks column mention Returnable.
The Gate Pass will be having atleast two signature One sign from Store keeper and another is from Admin or Project Head or the representative designated by him.
The security will in turn enter in OUTWARD Register. and if it is returnable the security will enter in Returnable Outward Register. As like inward register for S/C materials which are to be taken back by the Sub contractors the Security will enter in Inward Returnable register. In this register it will be entered only with proper documentary evidence.
No material will go out without proper gate pass.
