Can anyone help me with the format of termination letter due to criminal offence like theft?
If verbal warning was given before but no written warning was issued during 1st offence, yet 2nd offence occured and was caught, can termination letter be given for such? it is neccessary to issue 3 warning letters (final) before termination letter? Pls advise and i need the format urgently!

In case, criminal offence there is no need of first, second & third warning. You can immediately give him the chargesheet and suspend from duty immediately till pending enquiry. And after finding of final enquiry report you may decide final punishment.
Thanks & Regards
