First examine which of the state or central Rules are applicable in your case & then go through those Rules to have copy of Form A & the abstract of the Act & Rules.

Can an employer deny paying Gratuity to the eligible employee on grounds of:
- We do not have any provisions
- We will not pay the full amount due to you
- We will only make part payment (if we decide to make)
- We will make payment from some other entity (will the due amount change)
- Can loyalty bonus be equated to Gratuity?
- What about interest on delayed payment.
On what grounds the employer can deny Gratuity Payment. And if at all an employee has to fight the case..what is the procedure.
