Hi,
For your information employee's have to apply for refund of PF withdrawl after 60 days from the date of leaving service. Member will get employer's contribution as under:
1) In case of less than 6 months contribution to PF, claimant will not get the employer's contribution diverted to EPS.
2) In case of contribution is less than 9yrs and 6 months claimant will get both share.
3) In case of contribution is more than 9 yrs & 6 mths. member will not getback employer's contribution diverted to EPS.
He has only option to receive Pension after attaining the age of 50yrs OR 58 yrs.

Haresh Shah
