hi ,
I am sorry for not answering your question but rather asking you a question. I have done my B Tech in Hotel Management and have 3 years of Nation and International experience in front office department. I now wish to change my field and still be connected to hotels.I think I can do this by getting into Hotel HR. I would love to work in Training department but I dont know how to get into it.
can you please guide me as to how can I get into Training department.I am ready to study for it if there are any courses for it. Hope you can help me some how.
