Hr recruiter interview question
Hi guy to i went to a interview in zenta for the position of tele hr recruiter and i clear the first round of a interview by the executive after that there was second round took by the manager it s went well i answer the question and the manager ask me to seat and told me that i will get back to you. after five minute a executive come and tell me the feed back that i was not open enough and not suitable for the tele hr . i just wanna ask that i have an 9 month experience in tele recruitin what went wrong in that interview i didn t understand.

Misbehaving seniors
Hi to allthe incident takes place like this. when my sales gm having monthly review meeting with the outstation team and indicated one of the sales executive to work hard and try to cover max area in his allocated district. the sales executive reply him i can\'t cover as you say i can cover only this many areas in my district. hearing to this our sales gm said you plz get out of the company when you can\'t. in coversation sales executive said who are you to tell i can\'t leave comp. gm appraised hr to terminate him. how to go about this issue. please suggest me.
Salary range of a hr executive
Dear seniors & friends i am working as a junior hr executive in tele com software comany ... for last 9 months... i have worked for all the hr areas like training & development ... recruitment performance management leave rcord maining etc... the problem is that now they are not increasing my salary....as they were supposed to.... and neither they are taking any interest in it after i mentioned this to the management ....on top of that they are now dragging me into business developemnt and sales.. which is not at all my core area. i have decided to change my job... i am looking for a hr executive job in hyderabd kindly suggest me two things: what should be the next level i should look for...and the industry... what should be the pay package... please guide me ... regards gunjan
