If you are really interested to help the needy people and your requirement is for freshers go to some rural areas in and around Bangalore Karnataka/Andhra/Tamil Nadu ITIs and seek permission to conduct Campus Interview and select the freshers. You fix their Stipend / salary which can be sufficient for them to survive in Bangalore City. If possible give them accommodation and food facility with govt fixed rates.
Normally whoever doing ITI Courses are only from rural and poor people. In turn your company will also get popular through the advertisement by Word of Mouth from rural residents and ITI Campus.
