Sir i am at present working in a pvt company recently i got job in a central governement so i want to move to the govt job. i have to pay now 50000 amount in the company if i leave job. but i heard that no need to pay amount if job is in govt sector. please relpy my question.

Notice pay recovery from planned obsconding
Dear professionals we have observe that our two employees are searching a job on job portal and not concentrate on their work task we have come to know that they are planning to left the job after taking salary as they both are freshers they just work since 7 to 8 month as per terms and condition mention in their appointment letter it is necessary to serve one month notice if they want to left the job. in this case if they left the job after getting salary on 1st august how can we recover notice pay in this case or is their any other remedies to delay their salaries or sign employment bond. is their any ideas to prevent loss to recover notice pay if they abscond
My full n final settlement
I left my job and did not served notice period. my employer is asking two months of salary from me and i am not in a condition to pay them the amount. they sent me a final letter asking the amount or they will take legal and criminal charges against me and also telling me to pay with 12 per annum interest rate. i want to know what can they do against me. i am already doing a job. will it impact my present job? is it a criminal case? which they are referring so. will i be sent to jail?? what else can happen against me. and can i take 1 year time to pay the amount? plz plz help me. thanks in advance.
