Respected sir/madam
I am working as a HR-Associate in reputed company. But i am getting very less pay, i work hard for the company but my superior dint recognise me any time. Few days back i came to know that she is giving more salary for another HR-Associate(same position) than me . And that person has no experience than me. This thing is very disturbing me, because i am working sincerely for the company. Please suggest me what is the next thing i have to do. shall go for another company or shall discuss with My superior? Please give your valuable suggestions...

How long have you worked there.
Please compare your qualification, time with company, etc before you decide to leave the job.
Also please remember that you should never resign from a job, unless you already have one some where else.
You can always discuss with your manager about the saalary difference but there is more than one answer for the same.
According to me you should look at completing atleast one year with your present employeer before your quit the job. Then look at better opportunities.

Salary variation can be seen in every organisation. Never take such things to heart instead try finding out for an soultion that would satisfy your need. Lets not get into money related matters at this point in time because there are few others things to be brought into role, upon which everything can be decided.

As a HR, doing our daily tasks is not a big deal. Even a fresher upon training will start doing the tasks assigned. Creativity is what here matters. How different are you from others? How good are you in completing the same task efficiently and differently? How good are you in employee management? How good are you in solving issues? Are you a quick learner? Have you ever been appreciated by your immediate supervisor for your contributions? Do your HR Manager feel that you play a key role in your team and so on

If you have atleast 70% of the above mentioned skills then be brave, approach your HR Manager and address your query. Please keep in mind, never compare yourself with others in terms of salary instead let her know that the pay that they give for the work you do is very low as per market standards so, set your expectations with her. Show her how different are you from other team members as well as your contributions done for the company. Its for sure that your request will be taken into consideration and addressed to your satisfaction.

Even though if nothing works out then dont lose your heart. Start your hunt for a new job. Market for good skilled people is always open. Good Luck to you Anu. Hoping to hear good news from you soon.

i have discussed with my superior, she said that she will increase my salary after 1 year. Presently i am getting 5000 pm but it is not at all suffecient for me to feed my family members. so next what i have to do.
