Dear Karan ,
Thats your only way out. Please preemtively offer the complete settlement amount to Wipro HR . Be extremly nice to them. Though its your right to get a relieving, but please keep in mind that it was you who had broken the rules !
They may take atleast -3 months time depending on their full and final process to get you all your dues. But still the initial communication with them , will bring you some respite.
In future please do remember, it will cost you eachtime you wouldnt abide the rules set by the organization. Furthermore TCS might require you to sign in for skill registary at Nasscom. Hereafter , remain all the more cautious with your data and document. Wish you all the best !

thnk u so much for replying back
please tell me under any circumstances even if i am ready to pay off the entire debts of wipro is there any way via which they can refuse to give me the relieving letter and also please explain the meaning of skill registary at Nasscom
Dear Karan,

If you request your clearance claiming to pay the dues, there is no way they can deny. But, do expect delays on this. They are not likely to be easy with you. Neverthless, keep trying. Mail them stating your intent to clear your dues and request for the documents.

Tier-1 IT firms require their employees to register with NSR. This is a process where an employee shares all the details including education, personal, financial and professional information. Ideally there are firms, such as Matrix, who would complete a background verification on your profile. The information shared by you and that report generated by them would get stored and can be accessed by your future employers registered with Nasscom. You may consider reading about it here in this link.

Request you to understand the importance of clearance and do not miss any data in future.

I understand the importance of clearance now only i can understand how much sorry i am feeling for not collecting the relieving letter because as I have resigned from HSBC im only afraid what if TCS doesnt hire me though I have resignation acceptance letter appointment letter and offer letter from wipro and also a letters stating that I have become the senior associate in the companany.
But any ways communication from your side and your advice are much appreciated . I would really like to thank you for all your great advice

Karan SHAH
