My boss does not like a confident staff.
A peculiar problem i am tasked maximum in my office all peculiar assignments are coming to me everytime. i am doing all and finishing them within the given time with more then the expected standard but auth does not feel to recognize these. what i found my boss does not accept a confident staff. he prefers a somehow confused character. once he is assigning me and if i tell 'sir no prob it will be done'. he is not liking this. but once i express some how hesitating and asking boss about the very guideline for the accomplishment of his assignment he looks happy. any suggestion from any of my friends in this line?
Labour related problem
Dear all i would like to introduce my self. iam praveen vahinipati working as hr officer in transport corporation of india ltd. iam having one critical problem can any body plz help me. its very urgent. we are haveing transportation contract with gailgas athourity of india ltd for that we engage some labors for loading & unloading of materials. now the problem is that gail wants that those labors should be our tci employee. there all statutory requirements should be fullfill by us. my question is that can engage those labors on contractual basis? is there any problem arises on their termination ? what are the different conditions when labor can ask us to make him permanent employee of tci ? how can we defence ourself from all those problems ? plz help me as early as possible. its very very urgent ? regards praveen
Dishonest worker
Hai seniors i am in a peculiar problem. one of our employeewho is very hard worker and intelligent but he is dishonest. i fail to understand what to do with him. if i show him the door i am going to loose a good worker. if i dont do his co workers will take the things granted. as they are having a clue that he is on my radar. kindly advice. thanks & regards
Help in judging an employee
Hi all i m facing a peculiar problem e made an offer to a guy for a technical position in november and he joined us in february after a long delay. but after 10 days he got another offer and left us. for the same team we had offered another guy who also left us citing personal reasons. please tell me how to judge the candidates during interview so that they dont leave us after joining us.

There is a person who is 27 yrs old. he has worked for around 5 yrs in a very small firm in the field of marketing. that person does mba hr and now the problem starts for getting placement. companies are not willing to give him trainee or entry level job because of his age 27 yrs. as that person is not experienced in hr so companies are not able to give him any other position . what should that person do ? person is very interested in the field of hr and doesnt want to go back to marketing. how should that person contact and convince the hr people to hire her/him? this is a real life problem

Respected seniors i have a few questions on pf. 1. is pf compulsory for all ? 2. if anybody wants to opt out of pf what is the criteria? 3. if an employee is presently covered by pf does he have any option to come out of the coverage of pf if he desires so? i am working in a health care bpo where the employees are mostly young and never want to have pf. its a peculiar problem which i dont have any answer. so far i gathered some information on it which i gave below : 1. if one employee is covered by pf even for once in any company he must continue to be covered by pf irrespective of wherever he works. 2. if one s salary is more than rs 6500/ he can opt out of pf. 3. if an employee submits a written declaration that he is willing to be outside the covereage of pf it has to be accepted by the employer. awaiting for your advice please. subhabrata das gupta
