HI ALL! I'm working in a life style magazine as HR manager. actually this organisation don't have any HR department till i join. everything is unorganised. i have made its policy. i m implementing policies on everyone but one of my senior said that u need to prepare before making everything systematic. u need to pay ur employee by cheque[ we pay in cash and make sign on vouchers],. u need a knowledgeable accountant to make system. now u people know which type of organisation i am working with and my growth is totally depends on the organisation growth. i m ready to take risk. plz all of u let me know, what should i do???
