  • You will have to submit PF Annual Return in the month of April, 2011 and it will be for the period April, 2010 to March, 2011. Hence you have still time of 3 months in hand to know and learn more about Annual Return.
  • You can easily get formats of Form 3A and 6A and preparing them is not very difficult, provided you have complete and accurate data of entire year.

Dear Lokesh
PF Returns is filed annually (MArch to Feb) in the month of April.
You have to collect format of 6a and 3a (computerized) because manual forms are availbale at selected stationory shops.
Then you have to enter data for it.
For my use - I prepared a matrix in which i used to fill the no of days and basic wages of employees every month end and that matrix was connected to 6A and 3A.
You also have to tally the challns with the 6A
then submit it to Regional PF Office.
This can also be done with the help of a legal consultant ( they charge some amount like 2000 per month and all the necesary jobs with regards to pf, esi, mlwf, pt, shops & est etc)

hii, lokesh and all that period goes for aprail to march, this is not difficult you have 3 month to learn how do this please go epf site and see all you requier or concern your head office
on cite jr, many people have uploaded format of 6a and 3a - download it and modify according to your your and ur componay requirement.
hi..
