Dear Prabhakar Raju,
Finding a job with out relieving letter, is quite difficult. You should have informed your employer of your personal problem, and you could have tendered the resignation for your job, instead you have absconded with out any information, which is ethically wrong.
First, go and tender your resignation to your employer, and quote all problems you have faced in your resignation letter, that might help you. They might consider your application of resignation and relieve you.
Note :- No reputed company will be interested to take a person with out relieving letter, from previous company.

Dear Mr.Purushothamsrinivas,

Thank u very much for your information.

However i just want to clarify few things with you.

1. When i left the company i received a letter called Voluntarily abonded from the service. However before send the Voluntarily abonded letter to me they did not sent me any warning letter like CAP (Corrective Action Plan) which they suppose to send me as per the policies of the company and they directly send Voluntarily abonded letter.

2. After receiving the letter Voluntarily abonded i went to the HR and asked them to clarify why they dint send me the warnings letters. For my question they said that they sent 2 letters to me but which i not received. I requested them to provide the relieving letter but they said that they cant provide the same.

But the sad thing is one of my friend found that warnings letters at office in the managers draw, which is not sent to me.

3. After happening all this i asked them to settle my PF and F&F settlement. And they given papers to apply for PF amount and settlements amount and i done that and i got my PF amount and F&F settlement and also i settled my loan amount with the additional interest rate..

So from my side i cleared all the things except not serving the notice period.

Can u pls suggest me in getting my reveling letter. Your suggestion will be highly helpful to me and will be appreciated.

Dear Prabhakar Raju,
Your are stating that, with out giving a warning letter they have sent you a termination letter. { In your terms Voluntarily Abonded Letter }.
Every company send warning letter via RPAD ( register post ), hence they will be having documentation of that, gather the information from your friend whether they have sent warning letter via RPAD or not, if no then you can fight legally and Positive result will come.
If, your employer has sent warning letter via RPAD, they will be strong.
In this case you are telling that your PF, F&F is clear, have they deducted any amount in the leiu of notice period from your F&F amount ? if not pay them, and get your relieving letter.
Note: Company has to give relieving letter, if the have done all the formalities like F&F and other.
* As i feel.

Dear Prabhakar,
Adopting voluntarily abondenment of service clause without giving warning letters like CAP as per you HR policies is illegal. Before termination of your service under the above clause, they might not have have conducted a domestic enquiry. However, since you have taken the PF settlement, it may amounts to your acceptance of the voluntary abondenment of service. Please recollect what clause you have mentioned for withdrawl of your PF accumulations. If it is 'resigned' I think you can fight it out legally by approaching an advocate.
