pls get to know on these things
i) statutory forms n registers to be maintained in industry
ii) labour laws especially factories act, ESI, PF (eligibility), bonus act, employee compensation , n get well through on industrial dispute act.
iii) if u have some knowledge on counselling, psychology, OB it ll good.
iv) n recent amendmend in laws etc

Dear Sir,
A gr8 input by you. I am a HR joined MNC in a project stage. still we haven't yet applied for the factory license too. Now My duty is to establish all the statutory/non-statutory rules and regulations for HR. Even including planning for working hours, salary range, salary structure, weekly offs, payment of OT, Annual Holidays, Annual Leaves and so on.....
I am seeking for a genuine help on these matters. I request if you or someone could guide me voluntarily on these issues.

sorry me too a fresher not much aware of these things any way ll try to find n let u know....... before that if u get to know on these matters pls share those things in this thread
our company is not deducting PF most of the employee so our internal auditor raise a query about not deducting PF... Company can pay consolidated payment to the employees????
