Hi nikhil,
Maintaining a healthy balance between work n personal life by an individual is an important aspect to tap his / her potential for the benefit of organisation. Inclusion of this aspect in employee appraisal is quite assertive.
Thanks of sharing your presentation. Keep it up..

Dear All,
One thing that is striking in the ppt message is that balance between the famine and masculine energy is necessary for holistic development of any organization and individual.
Indra Nooyi has strike this balance and shown the way to success and satisfaction.

Its really a worth msg from you Mr. Nikhil.
When one employee is satisfied with his personal life by W/L balance, definitely he can deliver the best to the company.
the best msg in this ppt is there is no outstation meetings on monday inorder to avoid the travels on sunday. All the companies should adopt this.
