Hi Everyone,
I am a HR-Head in a consultancy (newly started). Currently m handling a team of 5 recruiters. I hv nvr handled a team & dis is my 1st exp.
I want to analyze dier performance, Simultaneously i also want to sum development methods based on grammer,pressure handling,logic..etc..
where wud i find such questionnaries..
Plz help me..

You're saying this is our first experience don't get tensed and every company will follow some process about the appraisals and the formats and systems varies from company to company. Please go through your company's HR Manual, you will surely find the appraisal systems and formats what your company is followed / following earlier n at present. So basing on their stats you will get an idea how to proceed further. rest we are here to help you out.
R u carrying your handbook with you? I'm working on appraisals and we have developed our own system so its varies from one to one. we are here to help you. feel free to ask if any queries.all d best

I would comment the following suggestions-

A. Navigate the official website for Great Place to Work for. This website will give you a general practices involved in establishing a good organization.

B. Do keep tap on the performance of your employees, based on the tasks they execute.

C. Invite suggestions and action plans for scope for improvement from your team members.

D. Look ahead for new avenues in upcoming markets for business expansion.

E. Study the various aspects on Performance Appraisals. Design your own action plan or blueprint to analyze the conditions.
* Data required in Performance Appraisals- Ebooks, Formats Etc are with me, I will be delighted to share with you

F. Do take regularly meetings, brainstorm them.

G. Appreciate roles and their contribution in office.

H. Do indirect analyzing from different persons/entity about the services or performance of your employees.

I. Focus more over on both Front-end & back-end services.

J. Share your vision with team.

Go through various manuals available and upgrade by applying your ideas.
