process of binding people and organization together so that

objectives of each are achieved.

HR is the back bone of organization.land, labour, capital etc

are used effectively with the the help of HR activities.HR

develops skill and sharp hidden caliber of workforce, so

that the objectives of employees as well as organization can

be met together and found fruitful out put

Responsibilities of Human Resource Departments

Job Analysis

The process of getting detailed information about jobs.

Job Design

The process of defining the way work will be performed and the tasks that a given job requires.

Recruitment

The process through which the organization seeks applicants for potential employment.

Selection

The process by which the organization attempts to identify applicants with the necessary knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics that will help the organization achieve its goals.

Training

A planned effort to enable employees to learn job-related knowledge, skills, and behavior.

Development

The acquisition of knowledge, skills, and behaviors that improve an employee’s ability to meet changes in job requirements and in customer demands.

Performance Management

The process of ensuring that employees’ activities and outputs match the organization’s goals.

I want to know. What is the procedure to stop the ESIC contribution of an employees.if increase the salary of an employee in the middle session due to increment. or that employee before increment under ESIC Coverage.and now he out of range from the ESIC.Can i stop ESIC contribution of that employee from this month means Ist June 2011,
I Request to all please provide me knowledge about this.
