Dear All,
Please find attached the KRAs of mine as Head-HR for plant HR. I request you all if anybody can give me more idea as how to make it more in line and appropriate. This is for next year and I am in between the discussion with management. Your early response will be appreciated.

Dear Mr Sunil Singhal,
First and foremost my hearty thanks to you for sharing what you have done at your workplace. Otherwise there is a great zeal among the members to copy something from somewhere and paste it over here.
You have given total 21 KRAs. Will it be that easy for HR department in general and you in particular to execute all these KRAs? It will be possible provided you have sufficient manpower.
I have gone through the KRA sheet. I have put my comments in certain cells. You may refer them. The cells are marked with yellow fill. This was my quick work. I could have done it for other KRAs also but for paucity of time.
My comments are my humble recommendations and not intended to offend you. Other senior members can also give their contributions.
Thanks once again for sharing your original piece of work!

Dear Mr. Dinesh Divekar,
Thanks for appreciating my efforts. I was working on the KRAs finalization since last a week and came up with what you viewed and liked. Basically I have set 6 major KRAs for me and the next column are KPAs & KPIs. It is a draft from my side and to get the best remarks from the professionals like you I posted it on cite hr. I am fully agreed with your remarks mentioned in yellow and would appreciate if I can be guided by you as how to correct them or modify them. Also let me know how can I convert them in numerical values.
It will be great help for me.

Dear Sunil,
I would recommend that you need to have not more than 3 or 4 KRA's per annum and each of them have to be measured objectively. If there is subjective measurement there will be ambiguity.
I have attached the excel sheet of yours with my comments. The comments are made to understand your requirements better.
