Hi All
Can any one tell me the salary breakup for labors who has salaries as 8500,11500,10000,7500,7000 per month.
staff salary 10000,23000, 30000 per month.
What will be PF, ESI, PT deductions for above mentioned salaries.

thnk u so much for salary breakup..bt can u tell me the % by which u calculated...though i got their %...
I just joined a company which is into excavation work...they are just introducing HR in their company and i am a fresher...
what should be leave policy for labor and staff as right now every one is working on daily wages...that is whenever they are absent salary deducts of that day...
how many holidays should be given...
Let me all these things at the earliest....

The above CTC structure is being maintained keeping all the employees as "excluded employee" for EPF Scheme.
Request let me know the act/rules where the HRA & Medical benefits are mandatory in CTC Structure.

Dear Ayesha The HRA will be calculated from your basic salary. Normally HRA percentage would be 50% from the basic pay Regards Anand
