As far as Interview questions are concerned, generally the following questions are asked.
1 about the role
2 strategy for introducing new product in the territory
3 how to correct an MR who is not following the action plan, not sending Reports etc
3 How you will motivate a medical representative to perform well
4 How you will improve a medical rep who is not achieving his target for several months
These are some of the questions that are frequently asked in the interview
