ASM is the incharge of the territory and under him there are 4/5 medical representatives and is responsible for the performance of the of the territory as well as his people. His main role is as under:

4 Company's representative in the HQ
5 Exploring new territories
7 Customer relationship Builder
8 Brand Builder

As far as Interview questions are concerned, generally the following questions are asked.
1 about the role
2 strategy for introducing new product in the territory
3 how to correct an MR who is not following the action plan, not sending Reports etc
3 How you will motivate a medical representative to perform well
4 How you will improve a medical rep who is not achieving his target for several months
