Hello everyone!!!!!!
I am new in this group. I am a student doing my summer training in HR(SALARY AND WAGE ADMINISTRATION). I am confused that what exactly my findings should be and how i should frame my project. so i am waiting with great anticipation for suggestions.

Hi kirti,
First of All welcome you to the citehr...
You have choosen a good topic. it has a wide area to cover
First of all start your project with a view of the prevailing salary structure of that very organisation. Then see the differences in salary structure designation wise, level wise, here you can find out how it is been made..
Whats the parameter they applied to manage an employee and to reach them at that salary structure..
See that whether its applicable with the prevailing Minimum wages Act of that particular state..
Even you see that what the percentage been taken care of while preparing salary structure of an employee.
Then you should analyse the prevailing salary structure, and if you find any suggestions that it could make a better structure and to keep employees motivated..
Lastly point out those suggestions to the organisation in your project report..
Hope it will help you a little bit in your exercise..
Amit Seth.

Would like to add something...
You can also do Comparative study where can compare Salary structure with other competitors...
Depends upon your time availability for project....also topic
