Hi Colleagues
I am working with an multinattional company and hire employees across the globe. I wish to seek the expert opinion from the members with respect to deputation of employees hired on Indian payroll and deputed abroad.
Please let me know the legal formalities from the HR perspective that I have to take care of.

Sir,

As per my knowledge is concern issues like

I)passport and visa under this

1. Till what date it is visa is valid?
2. When it should be renewed?
3. Did client or country have any issue if the visa or passport get expired during his stay in abroad on official duty?
4. Till how long candidate can stay, even after the visa got expired?
5. what is the other and quick source to get it resolved the issue with out troubling the candidate who is staying abroad.
6.How to have separate data bank of both nations embassy officials who are related to this job.

II)Deputation of Employee with concern of project date.

project starting date, ending date, renewable date, project extend able date, project postponement due to uncertainty of political scenario or may be natural calamities for all these you should be ready with pre defined answers.

III) Salaries, on-site allowance, traveling expenses, Insurance, Medical expenses and reimbursement,

VI) Agreement b/w the employee and organization, like (NDA, Bond period, misbehavior or Anti social activity agreement)

V) Most important--Security and protection-- from racial discrimination and religion discrimination as long his or her stay in foreign land. Legal Representatives or Company lawyer or attorney in such case arises.

VI) Emergency Exist procedure from foreign land on Emergency basis.
