Hi Colleagues, I am working with a multinational company and hire employees across the globe. I wish to seek the expert opinion from the members with respect to the deputation of employees hired on Indian payroll and deputed abroad. Please let me know the legal formalities from the HR perspective that I have to take care of.
Thanks in advance,

As far as my knowledge is concerned, issues like passport and visa fall under this category:
1. Until what date is the visa valid?
2. When should it be renewed?
3. Will the client or country have any issues if the visa or passport expires during the individual's stay abroad on official duty?
4. How long can a candidate stay, even after the visa has expired?
5. What are other quick sources to resolve the issue without causing trouble to the candidate staying abroad?
6. How can we maintain a separate database of embassy officials from both nations who are involved in this matter?
Deputation of Employees Concerning Project Dates
Project starting date, ending date, renewal date, extendable project date, and project postponement due to uncertain political scenarios or natural calamities all require predefined answers.
Salaries, on-site allowances, travel expenses, insurance, medical expenses, and reimbursements.
Agreements between the employee and the organization, such as non-disclosure agreements, bond periods, agreements regarding misconduct or anti-social activities.
Most importantly, security and protection from racial and religious discrimination throughout the individual's stay in a foreign country. Legal representatives, company lawyers, or attorneys should be involved in such cases.
Emergency exit procedures from foreign lands on an emergency basis.
I hope I have provided some valuable information. If anyone has more to share, please do so as it would be an opportunity for me to update myself.
Regards,
Amar
