Ideally your presentation should be in the following lines:-
1. About your college
2. About your department
3. Overview of placements in last 3 years
(i) How many companies came for campus interview / How many placements
(attach bar graph showing year-wise numbers)
(ii) % Break up of placements sector-wise (how many placements in design,
marketing ,manufacturing etc.) Attach pie chart for last year, bar graph for
last 3years)
(iii) Average salary / highest salary offered (graph )
4. What are the projects done by students in last 3 years
5. Extra curricular activities / sports medals won at national level
6. Participation in national / international competition / seminar
7. How your students are equipped to take up challenging jobs

I too agree with Mr. Sambasivam and find his suggestions very good one. Along with i would like to add on some more ideas:-
a) you can work on some live projects with help of your faculty and make a video of your local clients and faculty and can upload it alongwith
b) you can start a GD on technical or other related topics and can upload alongwith to make companies comfortable and initially clear that yes this the place where there can find good stuff
