Hi Neha, The Salary Break up predominantly depends on the Salary Structure (Components) for the specific position which are again specific to company. Pls provide the Salary Components.

Thanx for replyng Jayeshm, actually I dont get salary slip in my company..........dts y I dnt knw salary components in my company, But I am tryng to switch 2 some other company and they may ask for salary slip. Please help me out.

Neha, You would have your Appointment Letter which should carry your Salary Breakup as Annexure right. I guess that should help.

No,No Annexure is attached with my appointment letter,only this has been mentioned that my salary will be Rs 16,000/-per month (in hand).

:( I Can provide you the Salary Structure which is used in our concern, but that wouldnt work out in the company where yu are goin to produce it. Because your proof of employment should carry your ex company's seal or should be printed out in their Letter Head etc etc.
Kindly check with your HR if they can provide you with the payslip. And being in HR, I think you would have access to the paysheet. So why dont you check it out over there?

I work in a small firm ..where there is no such provision............infact M d only Hr person in my branch.........I have myslf askd many times 4 salary slip.bt dey r nt payng attention.......though I have access to company's seal n letter head..........can you help me?

Hi Rohan,
The Calculation Goes like this.
Employee's Contribution = 12% of Basic; Entire Amount goes to PF Account
Employer's Contribution = 12% (8.33% to Family Pension Scheme, 3.67% to EPF and the remaining % for EDLI if the compnay provides for it.
