I work as a Technical Writer in a company in madhapur which has not been registered. due to my personal issues i was not able to show up to work and hence after teh completion of my leave for 1 week i did not continue. when i went to office to report that i could not continue to work as the issue is very critical they threatened me for black listing under absconding or to pay 1month salary to take the certificates. the situation is very critical that i cannot give notice period. now my question is will a unregistered company is able to black list me???? how can i possibly come out of this situation???? please help me.....
let the company black list you.
If you are performer you can get job.
They can black list in the same company or their sister concern. they are not registered so they cant be member of any industry association also.
They are not registered so they definately dont have legal aspects in place. Its just a threatning, so let them do what ever they want.
You give notice period ( resignation on paper and on email) but mention the reason carefully why dont want to work. Go to office if required but dont be productive at all.
Demand your salary. Take salary and certificates does not mean any thing.
If your reasons are valid new employer will accept you.
Be ready with salary slip , try to collect all documents you need from them. Payment they cannot hold, if required try some negotiation trick with them if you have hold with local leader.
