Trainee Employees are operation , managemet and admin staffs technical staffs are Apprentice i think so

Ananthram.Hariharan.Iyer
According to the law any technical operation based organization which provides vocational course to a person who is not below 14 years of age is apprentice whereas a person who after finishing his/hers education in the initial stages are appointed as trainee employee or management trainee (probation period it depend on organization's wish to determine the probation period)

I seldom heard the apprentice these years, from my understanding there are 2 difference: 1 Trainee employee is actual employee and hired by certain organizations, organizations have to pay them salary and provide certain benefits, apprentice is not employee, but he/she may get some subsidy from the organizations or individuals. 2, both trainee employee and apprentice are under agreement with organizations/individuals, but agreement between trainee employee and organziations should be standard labor contract, agreement between apprentice and organizations/individuals should be loose statement regarding learning environment, subsidy/benefits and contract period.

Apprentice Trainee is an individual who is receiving stipend from the government and company they are into. Apprenticeship Training is a fixed a term contract, usually for one year. After that government stipend will not be available and company can continue availing his/her service if they wish to. Also, an individual who underwent apprenticeship training from one firm cannot go for the same in another company benefiting the stipend. There is an Apprenticeship Act and a body who takes care of this. Companies do register their apprenticeship hiring with this body so that they will do the further processing of stipend.
Actually this is a learning opportunity for freshers. And they have very minimum responsibilities.
Trainee employee is the one employed by the company after the completion of training period he/she will be absorbed if things are going normal. He is receiving salary as per the company policy.
