Thanks to everyone for your reply.
We are maintaing workers record manually as of now like by maintaining Wage cards sys. & attendance sheet.
But i want to maintain it on Excel sheet so that i can keep up to date record while making salary.

Dear Snehal,
You can simply use the attendance register, which include the In Time, Out Time & Signature of Permenent Employee. Your Security can maintain this register. Second one that keep a simple register as same of permenent employee for temperory employee. This register can also maintain your security.
But be carefull, when all your temperory employee came in factory premises, then that register should not be in security premises. Because if any Inspector from Govt. department ( Factory Inspector, PF, ESIC ) suddenly came for visit to your factory, then you will definitely came in big problem.
Any Inspector from above department when came for visit to factory, first he always search & focus on security cabin & take all the records in his custody.
