actually my education background is B.E. Computer and i have a exp in ERP Package.
so i give direct certificate exam by SAP itself?

Learning SAP HCM i.e. SAP HR is different from other ERP packages.. My suggestion, learn SAP HCM and then go for Certification. Because Certification is not so easy…especially SAP HCM. Of course, your are aware of ERP packages, so this can help you to grasp the basics. And regarding the institutes/Training Centers, go for all and check for Demo classes & Contents … with this experience you can know the things. And please be careful with these institutes, most of them are FAKE…they don’t have proper infra, & faculty, etc
