So you seem to be in a fix again..huh?? Well .. it sure seems like a difficult situation. But then as Avi said.. you alone can make the best decision for urself. All we can do is give u certain suggestions.
So What I suggest is :-
1. Remain calm & analyse both the situations i.e. your present job as well as the offer in hand.
2. Consider the pro & cons of both.
3. You are already with this company for the last 2 yrs. Is it still worth it?? Bcoz.. tomorrow again.. there may be a new HR Mgr... and may be this time... he is going to stick with this company. There are still chances you may again feel insecure about your Job.
4. Then .... there is this new Job Offer.... where everything is going to completely new for you. New Challenges..... new environment..... new people to deal with.
So... you deciede... what do you want??? Where would you be happy?? Because, once you take a decision there is no looking back. And then it would be futile thinking.... I wish i had done something when I had a chance.
Honestly, I feel you should take up the new offer ( Ofcourse, if it is good), but then Hey..... You are the one to deciede !!
I wish the very best in whatever decision that you may take. :)
