Dear Phani Prasad
The handbook attached by you is an excellent piece of document; well-written and exhaustive to cover almost every point. I am yet to go through it fully.
About your current assignment, do give some more information on the "curriculum" - the subjects/topics to be covered etc. I do understand the nature of the assignment; however I would appreciate more details on the 'contents' to be included/covered.
Or, whether you want the same material to be re-written in a simpler language, so that it is easily understood by the "underprivilaged youth" ??
Warm regards.

Hi Raj Kumar,
This is phani prasad. As we have Facilitators throughout India at different states & who r experienced in BPO'S feel that the content is too lengthy & feel that the grammar part has to be deleted & feel that some more information is required abt call centers & their functions & even the phonetics of US & UK.

Dear Phani
Thanks for your response. What I understand now, is the document need to be rendered simple and easily comprehensible and to include US & UK accent. However, the latter task would require additional inputs by way of sensitizing the participants about the respective cultures, way of life, manners & etiquettes as well as audio inputs of different voice tones, intonation, peculiarities of pronunciation and local accent (say Liverpool, Welsh, Scottish for U.K. and Texan and other states for US).
I was not aware that Dr. Reddy's Foundation (I hope its connected to Dr. Reddy's Lab. - the pharmaceutical giant) actively participates in such "employability" initiatives for rural/under-privileged youths.
Warm regards.
