Hi,
Have joined the site newly.
I am working as a IT manager. I would like to change my career path as trainer esp. leadership, softskills trainer.
Have done my PGDBM recently. How do I change my role? Any suggestions? Are there any openings?
I have been practicing leadership principles. I feel my experience itself can help me to teach these topics. Appreciate any advice in this regard
Thanks

heey...
you can start small time training as a freelancer and get training experience under your belt...
or else you can either join a company as a trainer or a training manager
other than that another way that strikes my head is that you can perhaps join a training and developement firm itself... yuo will for sure get tremendous experience...
hope my suggestions are of help..
regards,
shraddha
