Dear Raman,
It is quite an informative presentation. However...what is your audience..?
It must be compatible with the audience that you are going to make this presentation and must not be over their heads…. nor should be below the standards expected on delivery.
I hope you would agree with me that the contents and style of delivery would change based on whether you would present this to university students or to production floor supervisors of a factory or else to students following a distance learning study programme in which case the presentation must have every minute detail in support of understanding the context easily. Also if it is a presentation delivered to an audience by you, then the slides must be in point form thus would be a guideline and you can expand and explain in detail.

dear arivoli
thanks for sharing. as punya has pointed out, you should have the audience in mind. if this is for submitting any paper it is ok. but people like us who are training, will have to look into the needs of the audience.
all said and done, good effort. keep it up

Dear Mr. Raman,
Indeed its a informative presentation but i took a little more time to understand the whole thing. As said by Mr. Nagaraj and Ms. Punya, your target audience are different than ours as we all cant expect the same output from individuals.
I have one suggestion for you.
a)Kindly publish 30% of the total information in the form of Main Titles.
b)30% of the balance information as sub titles.
c) Balance 40% you have to disclose/explain orally to your audience rather filling up your slides with information.
Right tone/pitch/body language will attract audience attention towards you and definitely make them feel that you are a special person.
With profound regards

Dear Arivoli,
My complements on your presentation.
You will benefit from others' comments.
My suggestion is that you may like to look at 'TA' as a tool to bring in understanding about self.
Your content on Johari & FIRO should have an introduction to the concept and rational for introducing them. You may like to give more inormation if you plan to introduce the instrument and let the audiance interret their preffered styles in these instruments (e.g. different types of windows and its implecations for 'team work'; similarly a prefferences in FIRO may have implecations for working relationships.
Best Wishes

The Acrostic for Tactful is very good;
In many languages Amma means mother; With that I have created an Acrostic as follows:
A bility is what one can perform
M otivation enables one to perform
M indset determines one's willingness to perform
A ttitude is one's complete guide to perform

Dear Arivoli,
You seem to have full mastery of your topic so I suggest you cut down on Some of the text in your slides.
You might want to read up on Presentation Zen which is a technique that is used by Steve Jobs. It tells us, trainers, that we need to get away from the habit of using our presentations as reading material and focus on delivery and topic mastery.
Good luck on your presentation
Good luck in your presentation.
