Employee went on an unauthorized leave - salary on hold - is it the right approach?
An employee went on an unauthorized leave but she did inform us that she is going on leaves a day prior and she did return back to work after few days. now we have put her months salary on hold as we are not yet satisfied with her reasoning and such short notice of leaves and waiting for further clarifications. is it the right approach?

Hello dear members. i needed some perspective from you. my relieving order from the previous organization has a statement unauthorized absence from 10/11/2020 to 25/11/2020 has been treated as non dies by competent authority. my unauthorized absence happened because of a confusion between my manager and hr resulting out of my medical condition. my manager approved my leave and forwarded it to hr but somehow hr missed that mail. please give me some perspective. what does this ring to a recruiter? i have genuine explanations to offer to a recruiter but can this be a sureshot rejection as well?

Dear all kindly suggest me for the below query. in my organization one employee has went on unauthorized leave and given fake reason of same that some body in her close relation was expired so due to this she has taken this lone leave of 16 days. now management is aware that she has taken the leave without the approval on fake reason and asked me to that action of termination on the ground of misconduct. please suggest me tat how i can proceed for the same since i am not having the proof that she has given the fake reason. the theme of above is that i as a hr want to take the action for the misconduct she has done because due to her unauthorized leave the department has suffered a lot. regards hr.manager urs certification ltd.

Hello to all i am a businessman recently i made my company a pvt ltd firm. i am a little confused about "policies & prcedures " which a pvt ltd company should follow as per govt. norms. can any one brief me about it. secondly i reuest for some guidance on "salary structure for employees" and "nos of cl sl medical leave" etc. to be given to employees in a year. pls guide mellow:

Sir/mam my company is pvt. ltd. company but they dont have any rules for leave. being a hr manager i want to know is any compeltion for pvt. ltd. company to follow a leave policies if yes kindly guide with legal support.
