Can someone explain me about esi payment if contractore is not depositing monthly. some contractor deposited fixed amount e.g 20k.then how we will able to know about when this amount exhausted and they need to pay again towards esi.is it possible to pay ESI quarterly/half yearly by employer?
sks

You are hereby advised to strictly follow them by asking the paid challan everymonth. If we let them do like this it will badly fall in the hands of your management at the time of ESI inspection and that too this become your negligance. If the contractor is not agreeable to provide a valid paid challan you may either
cancel the contract and change to other who can provide so or
Deduct 6.5% on the monthly bill amount as ESI and remit in a seperate challan under your code number which may be explained to the Inspector on his querry at the time of ESI Inspection.

First you check challan copy this is help you they paid amount of ESI or not. also you check in ESIC portal in which every employer deposit amount is showing.
