I have worked for accenture during 2005 till 2007 requested them to transfer my PF to my new company DBOI operations. However, they stated that transfer is completed from their end. Last year, I quit DBOI and opted for withdrawal of PF account. But got to know that Accenture PF money is still not transferred.
I required money for a critical purpose so I requested DBOI to proceed withdrawing money. However, I got PF money pertaining to DBOI not of accenture.
Both the companies are asking me to check with each other and no body is trying to provide me an update on my pending Accenture PF account.
My PF account is based in Mumbai and I currently work in Bangalore. I have written so many emails nothing worked for me. I have all the details pertaining to accenture PF account.
Can any one suggest me how proceed about it. I thank for any assistance you provide.

Dear Kalai,
Fill form 19 with the details of PF in accenture. If you have access with accenture, get endorsed from them. If you are unable to get endoesed from them, get it from a Bank Manager or a Gazetted Officer. Submit the endorsed form to the concerned (Mumbai) RPFC.

Thank you so much!! It makes sense for me now. Last but not least. As I raised a request for the transfer earlier and it is not completed so far I guess. How can I locate PF account where it is...whether with DB Mumbai RPFC or Accenture Mumbai RPFC. I have withdrawn DB by giving cancellation letter for the transfer.

Dear Kalai, You have stated that the PF amount belongs to Accenture service not got transferred. Hence you have to contact RPFC Accenture. Abbas.P.S
