If you filled ESIC Monthly / Half Yearly Contribution The Employee Entitled to Eligible Benifit.
For Example
Returns Submitted Period
01-Apr-2010 to 30-Sep-2010
Eligibility Period
01-Jan-2011 to 30-June-2011

Dear Cite HR Members,
I am working as a HR Executive with a Waste Management Company.We handle nearly 1400 unskilled and semi skilled workers and it has been nearly one and a half years since the company has commenced its operation.There was no one to look after the ESIC TIC.I recently joined this company and found that no worker has been issued ESI Temporary Identity Certificate.I am in the process of implementing proper HR systems.
I have collected all the workers family details,now is there any way i can speed up the process and issue TIC to all the 1400 workers without having to update them online.Because it takes a lot of time to update just one worker's details and print the form.
Can anyone Please Help me on this case?

Hi,
Can any one the ESI online process. I have few doubts. The below statement has been given in ESI online file creation instruction pdf. They have given 13 reasons from 0 to 12 to update in reason column.
"Last working day - The column format should be text and date should be in dd-mm-yyyy) (if point(e) is not equal to 1,7,8,9,11,12)"
My Question is :: If reason codes are not equal to 1,7,8,9,11,12 then what will be the date format.
Please guide me.
