Currently i am working as HR, and now i am required to perform employees evaluation. I am given a 15 days period to complete the procedure & submit all the documents. The strength of company is 35 employees. Previously no such procedure was followed. But now we have planned to do periodical employee reviews which can help us for further appraisals.
Am not aware of procedure and what basic documents should i prepare, and what basic knowledge should i need to have before going for evaluation procedure.
Kindly help me out.
Will be greatful to see positive replies and some good shared experiences.
