Hi Swati,
I assume you are a student. I don't know what is your reason for doing HR, but as an HR professional, some of your financial duties would be :
Payroll processing.
Creating and explaining salary offers.
Manpower budgeting.
Wage bill budgeting.
Restructuring compensation packages.
Also, if you don't understand marketing,
1) How will you be able to place / sell your organization in the market?
2) How will you understand market trends? Economic policy?
3) How will you design a recruitment campaign?
I am sure that other members can add more and better reasons to this.
