well kaizen means continous improvement n the tehory working at the bak is that small changes brings greater change.basically its a japnese technique so u can mostly find it in japanese firms working in ur country specially automobiles industry.
In my country pakistan i have seen 2 companies thal engineering and suzuki motors where i saw it practically implemented .

i am glad you have noted that companies in Pune,and others have Implemented Kaizen.Pl.be informed that majority of world class companies
adopt Kaizen and other japanese techniques like 5S, JIT etc.
The most notable among them in India, being the TVS Motors and group
Cos at Hosur and other locations and the Automobile Giant Toyota at Bidadi where Kaizen is a way of Life.
It is the surest way of continuos improvement. :roll:
