Hi All,

So far I have worked with 3 companies and now going to join 4th Company(CMMi L5). The HR of this company has told for NSR registration which is a must. But my 2nd Company is not operating now because of some internal dispute and a court case due to non-payment of salary. The employees only filed case against the company and that time I was the employee of that organization. My name is nowhere related to that case. But, the case is still pending in Delhi High Court. Police seized the company immediately and it was closed from that day (Jan 2008). So the company did not issue any Experience letter or relieving letter to anybody. In June 2008 I joined another company in Bangalore. Here they did not checked my documents as it was a very small company. But now I am going to join this new Company.

So my concern is if I am going for NSR registration, then I have to enter relieving Date for that disputed company which is actually not correct. So what I need to do for this and how will I tell to the HR that I don't have any Exp. or Relieving letter. Kindly suggest what I need to do. I have already resigned from the current organization. So definitely I need a job. I can't afford to lose this job which I have got. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
