Greetings,

A multi-vertical and multi-location experience is a must to build a sound professional credential. The change that you might require two years from now, will have a different scenario hence a need completely different solution.

If you are being offered a role in the construction, consider the learning points that you are likely to have and create your path into and out of it. When you are sure, how your learning would place you where you would like to be in two years from now, the transition would act to your advantage.

Hi (Cite Contribution),
Thanks a ton for your valuable suggestion, Previously i was worked for all the verticals of HR(Except Payroll and Stautory Compliances) but now in this organisation am getting a chance to learn all the aspects in HR including Payroll and Admin
my question is that whether if i looking for a change in yester years to come whether the HR will ask why i jumped in to a different vertical from an MNC culture to a Construction Sector.
I would be really grateful to you if you answer my query
