Greetings to all.
Our company is a liquor (IMFL- Indian Made Foreign Liquor) manufacturing and distribution company which is a private limited company. At present the number of employees have just crossed 20.
Please let me know the statutory obligation wrt PF, Gratuity, ESI, Mediclaim, etc..... that should be followed, also the mandatory obligations / registrations under Factories and Wages Act.
As of now we are only deducting only Professional Tax and Bonus.

PF is applicable for 20 or more employees.
ESI,Bonus ,PT is also applicable.
All statutory returns are applicable to your comp as it has crossed
20 employees.

There is no statutory requirement with regards to Mediclaim, at least till now. It is often given as an employee benefit by the employer and at times as a hygiene factor considering the competitive scenario / market practice amongst others in your industry.
