Please help me. . . I was working for a company where i signed 2 years sureityship agreement(bond) for a minimum 2 year period of service. But due to ill health of my father i i resigned within 5 months of joining as he was facing problem running family business. I have mentioned the same in my resignation letter to the company
Now the company is threatening of taking legal action against me. I am attaching a copy of my bond please suggest what can be done? as i am not in a position to pay such a huge amount.

Hi,
The only way out could be that you prove that you are facing psychological problems due to work.
Or if you are a bold type ....... just leave it .......... they will send you some legal notices..... hire an advocate to draft replies ...........
but i would seriously recommend that you go as per what you agreed to earlier while signing the bond....... the consequences of your acts can be devastating.
