We want to improve our customer service executive's performance handling services of electronic products. Two categories are front line exe. and on call support exe. I need some PPT on specific subject.

I am a HR Consultant from India.
I am Business Head of 'Mission ARC'.
Any performance is deeply related to 'mass' problem.The executives have to be introduced to products and it is essential to make them open the whole components of the electronic product and reassemble it-make a flow chart of its anatomy,physiology of components.Also they should be practically shown the use of the electronic part.This increases the confidence of the executive about the knowledge level of the product and increases the effeciency level highly in service related to the product.

Thanks for the reply, our executives knows the product, I am looking for improving there customer handling skills, face to face and on call. I think I was not very clear in communicating my requirement, sorry for that.

The course is based on the works of L.Ron Hubbard.
