Thanks for the appreciation. But i would really like to know how much can we use this for the Leadership role players. In fact Mr. Smart trainer stated "One has to choose the kind of audience where he can use it." which i solemnly agree, but i also feel leadership roles has to be understood by followers then the desired GOAL is achieved.

Thanks for following our message. Your ppt is a totality of leadership and follower-ship.
No doubt all people need to understand both. And don't you think that unless this is understood no one can become a leader?
The levels of Leadership coaching will depend upon the level of leadership of a person or the level he seeks to reach based on which, he would like to be coached. This is what we meant by our comment.
