Background verification - didn't mention company b because only served only 15 days
Hi sir i left company a after serving 1 year and 3 months with the proper reviling letter and fnf and joined company b and worked only 15 days but i do not like the profile. i put my resignation to company b for a proper relieving letter and joined company c but i didn t mention company b because only served only 15 days. but company c asked for background verification and i have all the details of company a because that is the company i worked for a long time but i have doubts that the epf portal will show i worked for company b for 15 days. by joining company c within 510 days what to do? should i join and then after some days let hr about that or should i not join company c? i am in doubt i have both companies reviling letters and no overlapping only mistake was not telling about company b because only worked 15 days. so what to do to help me with that? looking forward to your kind help.
Joining date delayed by new company
Hi i was working in an it company say 'x'. i got an offer letter from other company say 'y' because of which i resigned from 'x' company. a day before i was about to join new company 'y' i got a mail that my joining date delayed by 15 days. now i am jobless because of this for 15 days and not sure whether they will stick to the new date. i got confirmation mail from company that i will be joining after 15 days. does it happen like this. if they further delay my date of joining what will be the options i will be left with? kindly advice...
F&f statement from the company in which my leave encasement is showing zero. i had a leave balance of 15 days
Hi i have been working with one of the big4 s and it been 30 days i have been relieved from the company. i received an f&f statement from the company in which my leave encasement is showing zero. i had a leave balance of 15 days when i left the company i have communicated the same to the hr and its been to told me that my reporting manager has marked my last 15 days as leave since he have to the access to do so. there is no reason that he is able substantiate and just trying to postpone saying he is busy and cannot respond to call or emails. hr is responding to the emails however they are saying that it has to be discussed with the reporting manager and sorted out i have completely served my notice period can someone please help me as to what should be done in this case

Hi sir with due respect i left my company a organisation after 1 year 3 months with the reviling letter and proper fnf and joined company b and also worked 15 days but i didn t like the work and left the company with a proper notice period and reviling letter and fnf. but in my company c i also only showed documents of company a because i only worked 10 days at company b so i don t show that but i have all the reviling letters and documents. can this become a problem that arises when i join company c? so please help me what to do
How to get pf
Dear friends and peers i have worked in a company for 5 months and i left that company with the prior notice of 15 days as per my appointment letter but the company doesn t counted any leaves in that duration and they sent a recovery letter of 2 days salary to me. as per them i haven t completed my notice period of 15 days and i worked only 13 days. now i want to get my pf will they give to me or i have to pay that 2 days salary to them to get my pf. also i am not in that city too is there any way i can get my pf without going there. also they are not giving releaving letter too. what should i do to get that. even all my leaves were in balance in hat company as i haven t used any during my work period with that company. please suggest how can i get what is mine.... regards pradeep arora 9212701799
Overlapping in leaving day (in relieving letter) and joining day in new company?
My releiving letter leaving date of 'x' company and joining date of company 'y' overlap for 40 days 'x' company is not correcting its been one year i tried a lot how to explain this situation to other company will they accept or call as dual employment x joined on 26.6.13 left02.1.15 releiving letter leaving day as12.2.15 because issued on 12.2.15 as per exit formallities. y joined 06.1.15 because 'y' don t need relieving letter of 'x' and 'x' was not relieving and asking to continue for 5years of bond and was not increasing salary the atmosphere was like jail i just continued 10 days after resigning than left because joining was fixed for 'y' and they don t need relieving letter after 40 days of follow up"x" given as leaving day12.2.17 at that time i was not aware i tried to follow up and change but knowingly they are not changing but i did not received any salary from x for the period i left. will i show that experience or will remove that but both company uan is same but pf is not transferred. experts please advice how to move ahead x is not correcting letter and giving smart answers telling last working day is different leaving day is different we cant correct letter.
